What It Is

A compact appliance installed under your kitchen sink that grinds, dries and sterilizes everyday food waste — turning wet, smelly scraps into dry, odorless, low-volume residue you can simply toss with regular trash or reuse as compost.

It works like a food waste disposer in how you use it (scrape scraps into the sink opening), but it is fundamentally different in what it does: instead of flushing ground waste down the drain, it keeps everything in a sealed chamber and dehydrates it.

How It Works
